I never said El-Rufai is still in APC – Ex-NIMASA DG

Dr Bashir Jamoh, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and a former Director- General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) has debunked media reports quoting him as saying that former governor Nasir El-Rufai is still a stakeholder in the party.

Recall some media platforms had recently reported that  Jamoh  made the  declaration at a press conference in Kaduna, amid swirling speculations about the former state governor’s political allegiance.

Recall that El-Rufai had recently resigned his membership of the ruling party, pitching tent with  opposition parties ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The former APC chieftain initially aligned with the Social Democratic Party (SDP) ,before joining  the National Coalition of Opposition Party, which has adopted the African Democratic Congress (ADC) as a political platform ahead of 2027 .

Jamoh, in a statement on Saturday, described the reports as false and misleading, claiming  that he did make the reported  comments  anywhere.

“My attention has been drawn to a misleading publication circulated by some media outfits on the 7th and 8th of August, 2025, falsely claiming that I stated former Kaduna State Governor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai, is still a member of the APC.

“I wish to categorically state that I made no such statement to any media organisation. The report is entirely fabricated and a gross misrepresentation of facts.

“I urge the public to disregard the said publication in its entirety and treat it as fake news. I remain committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, and will continue to stand for truth, accountability, and responsible public discourse,” Jamoh said.

  • Shehu Sani reveals reason Tinubu denied El-Rufai ministerial appointment

Shehu Sani reveals reason Tinubu denied El-Rufai ministerial appointment

A former senator who represented Kaduna Central in the 8th Senate, Shehu Sani has disclosed that President Bola Tinubu denied former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai a ministerial appointment because he felt the former governor had become too toxic to be accommodated in the cabinet.

Sani, who has been a political foe of El-Rufai’s, in a widely circulated statement on Monday noted that the former governor failed in the area of security in his eight years as governor, stressing that insecurity became a trademark of his administration.

He added that Rufai lacked the moral ground to criticise the Tinubu administration, saying that his eight years as governor of Kaduna State remained the worst in the state so far.

Describing recent political statements by El-Rufai as toxic, Sani said the former governor was one of the individuals who promoted hunger and insecurity in the country.

Sani said, “The government which El-Rufai and Amaechi served were the precipitators and enablers of hunger and insecurity.

“El-Rufai is the patriarch of banditry and the godfather of insecurity in Northern Nigeria.
He was too toxic to work in Tinubu’s administration; hence, he suffered exclusion, the basis for which he is launching verbal attacks against the current administration.

“El-Rufai’s attacks on Tinubu are an expression of anger over exclusion and a failed sense of entitlement,” he stated.

The ex-lawmaker who recently defected from the PDP to the APC further accused El-Rufai of weaponising poverty by sacking thousands of civil servants and demolishing houses of poor people, including struggling retirees.

  • Why I decamped to SDP – El-Rufai

    Why I decamped to SDP – El-Rufai

Former Governor of Kaduna State, Malam Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai, says his defection to the Social Democratic Party (SDP) is informed by the need to build a platform free from godfatherism and internal dysfunction.

He said Nigeria urgently needs a credible political alternative to rescue it from existential threats.

El-Rufa’i made the remarks in Kano on Monday while briefing  newsmen on why he decamped to the SDP.

He  said he was in Kano to visit the Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, and to meet with SDP leaders to strategize on building a strong grassroots political movement in the state.

“Kano is critical to any serious political formation because of its consistently high voter turnout.

“After joining the SDP, it was important to come and engage with stakeholders here,” he said.

On why he abandoned the APC, a party he helped to form, El-Rufai said the political realities in Nigeria had changed.

“Twelve years ago, we merged three major parties to form the APC and defeated an incumbent president. But now, the goal is different.

“We are bringing together disaffected members across political divides under an existing platform — the SDP — which we believe has the best pedigree and potential,” he said.

He said the SDP offers a fresh opportunity, being a platform not controlled by any individual.

“We have seen how godfatherism destroyed the PDP and is now wrecking the APC.

“Nigerians deserve a party built on fairness, internal democracy, and equal opportunity. The SDP can be that alternative,” he said.

Responding to suggestions that he was acting out of frustration after being sidelined politically, El-Rufai dismissed the notion, saying he had no personal ambition left to pursue.

“I am 65 years old. I have served Nigeria at the highest levels; minister, governor  and I could simply retire. But I believe Nigeria is facing an existential crisis. This is about the country’s survival, not personal gain,” he said.

On the contentious debate about rotational presidency, El-Rufai said while he previously advocated for a power shift to the South, Nigeria’s challenges now demand that competence and leadership capacity, not geography, should determine who leads.

“Our problems are too severe to care about where the next president comes from. We need someone with vision and the ability to fix Nigeria’s fundamental issues,” he said.

Speaking on the wave of political defections across the country, mostly to the ruling APC, El-Rufai said he was not concerned.

“A governor only has one vote. Elections are won by the people, not by politicians. Our focus is on mobilizing ordinary Nigerians, not chasing high-profile defections,” he stated.

On perceptions that the SDP is a northern movement, El-Rufai said the movement is national and growing quietly across southern Nigeria.

“You are seeing northern energy because we’re currently in Kano. But I have been engaging leaders across Lagos, Anambra, and the South-South. Nation-building is grassroots work, not media shows. You’ll see the results when the time is right,” he noted.

He also confirmed ongoing coalition talks involving five major political groups aimed at forming a strong opposition movement under the SDP.

“It’s a broader national movement for disillusioned Nigerians. Progress is being made, although I had to move faster in Kaduna because many of my political associates needed an immediate platform,” he said.

Defending his criticism of the APC, a party he helped to build, El-Rufai said his loyalty had always been to Nigeria, not to any individual or political party.

“When things began to go wrong under President Buhari, I wrote to him warning about the dangers.

“When the naira redesign policy hurt Nigerians, I challenged it in court, even though it was an APC-led government. I have never been loyal to individuals over the nation,” he said.

El-Rufai urged young Nigerians not to lose hope, calling on them to join efforts to build a new political movement.

“Nigeria gave me everything despite being an orphan at eight years old. Every Nigerian child deserves the same opportunity.

“If you are frustrated and angry, channel it into building a better future. We must not abandon Nigeria to corrupt politicians and their godfathers,” he charged.

  • Join our party from your wards- SDP chairmen to El-Rufai, others

Join our party from your wards- SDP chairmen to El-Rufai, others

The Forum of State Chairmen of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) issued a directive yesterday, advising Mallam Nasir El-Rufai and other opposition figures intending to join the party to follow the proper procedures.

The chairmen emphasized that new members can only be admitted through their respective wards. This statement came after the inaugural meeting of the 36 state chairmen and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Chairmen in Abuja. They made it clear that no special treatment or preferential treatment would be given to new joiners.

Last month, former Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, announced via his X handle that he had joined the SDP. However, the party’s Kaduna State chapter swiftly disowned his membership, declaring that El-Rufai was not a recognized member.

During a press briefing, Assistant National Secretary (North West), Idris Inuwa, stated that El-Rufai’s supposed entry into the party was merely a rumor, as he had not yet adhered to the party’s prescribed membership process.

Following the meeting, the Chairman of the Forum and Lagos State SDP Chairman, Femi Olaniyi, emphasized the party’s openness to new members, including prominent politicians across the country, but under strict conditions. Olaniyi clarified that new members must go through the party’s internal structures, specifically under the guidance of the state chairmen. He stressed that new members could not self-register or admit themselves into the party.

Addressing the ongoing discussions regarding opposition leaders possibly joining the SDP ahead of the 2027 elections, the state chairmen cautioned that the party’s democratically elected structures at both state and national levels must not be disrupted or dissolved to accommodate new members or any individual interests. They emphasized that elected officials must be allowed to complete their terms.

The chairmen acknowledged that merging with other political forces might require some structural adjustments to accommodate new members. However, they cautioned against any significant changes to the party’s name, logo, insignia, slogan, or any major alterations to the party’s constitution or manifesto. They stressed that any such changes should undergo thorough discussion within the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the SDP before any decisions are made.

The state chairmen also reiterated the importance of maintaining the party’s consultative and democratic processes in all decision-making. They asserted that the SDP must remain open, fair, transparent, and equitable to all Nigerians, without allowing the party to be dominated by the ambitions of individuals or specific groups.

When asked about concerns regarding the potential hijacking of the party by opposition heavyweights, Olaniyi expressed confidence that such a scenario would not happen. He acknowledged the potential influence of new members but emphasized that the forum was focused on preventing manipulative actions, particularly from individuals associated with the APC, PDP, or Labour Party. Olaniyi stressed the importance of maintaining proper internal procedures for member registration.

“We are not afraid of anyone hijacking our party,” Olaniyi stated. “We welcome new members, but we want to ensure that there is no backdoor manipulation, especially from political parties like APC, PDP, or Labour Party. We are ready to harmonize our structures to accommodate new members, but it must be done properly.”

The forum concluded by passing a vote of confidence in the leadership of the Shehu Musa Gabam-led National Working Committee (NWC) and commended party members nationwide for their efforts in building and repositioning the SDP for the future.

  • 2027 poll: El-Rufai slices, dices Tinubu, Ribadu, Sani (1) – By Ehichioya Ezomon

2027 poll: El-Rufai slices, dices Tinubu, Ribadu, Sani (1) – By Ehichioya Ezomon

Chief Edwin Kiagbodo Clark, elder statesman, former Federal Commissioner, Leader of the Ijaw Nation, and Pan-Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF), died on Monday, February 17, 2025, aged 97. Since his passing, the family home in Abuja, Nigeria’s Federal Capital Territory (FCT), has become a melting port for “our leaders” to sympathise with the bereaved.

What such a solemn occasion demands of the visitors is an expression of genuine sympathy and empathy mostly for the demised’s family members, friends and associates, the people of their tribal and ethnic nationality, State of origin and the entire country.

This is done amid reminiscences of the life and times of the departed, especially a personality of Clark’s standing, an unpretentious patriot and nationalist, whose voice of reasoning and moderation on issues of equity, fairness, justice, and national cohesion rang loudly till he breathed his last on earth.

Politicians – individually and severally – have been queueing to show their faces and pay last respects to the Patriarch of the Niger Delta. Friday, February 21, was “the turn” of a coterie of opposition members to pay a “condolence visit” to the Clark family.

Peopled mainly by Northern politicians, and led by former Vice President and thrice Presidential Candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the group postures for a political platform for an alliance, a coalition or a merger that can remove the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and President Bola Tinubu from power in 2027.

It’s debatable whether it’s Atiku that led the “condolence visitors,” but among the delegation was the new “enfant terrible” (a person who behaves in an unconventional or controversial way) of Northern politics, Mallam Nasir el-Rufai, former Kaduna State Governor (2015-2023) and ex-Minister of the FCT.

El-Rufai boasts of rallying, for the 2027 poll, a similar opposition movement that transformed into the APC in February 2013, and defeated then-ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and President Goodluck Jonathan in 2015.

Imbued with such a self-imposed responsibility, el-Rufai, at the condolence visit, veered into the politics of 2027 presidential contest, and craved for a North-South-South alignment to “rescue Nigeria” from the Tinubu administration.

El-Rufai urged the people of Niger Delta to continue with the good work of Pa Clark, noting that he really played a fatherly role throughout his lifetime. “I think the legacy of E.K. Clark and the work he has done should remind us all of the importance of being courageous, standing up for justice and risking everything for Nigeria,” el-Rufai said.

Reflecting on the historical bond between the North and South-South, and imploring political stakeholders to restore that collaboration for the nation’s survival, el-Rufai declared: “In the 60s, 70s, and 80s, the North’s traditional political partners were from the South-South. Let us not forget that. Let us go back to that. Let us save this country because it really requires saving. We need a rescue operation.”

As a pointer to whose trumpet the group blows, el-Rufai praised Atiku for his contributions to Nigeria’s economic development, particularly during his tenure as Vice President under President Olusegun Obasanjo (1999 to 2007).

“Atiku was at the forefront of economic reforms that repositioned Nigeria during the Obasanjo administration,” el-Rufai said, adding, “Atiku’s role in attracting investment and restructuring the economy was crucial” – implying that an Atiku presidency will replicate what he did in government over two decades ago.

El-Rufai’s solicitation reveals the actual purpose for the opposition visit to the Clark family: To capitalise on the emotional state of the bereaved, to score political points, and backing for a Northern presidency in 2027, unmindful of the zoning of the Presidency between the North and South of Nigeria every eight years.

Embarking on an anti-Tinubu campaign, that the president hasn’t performed, and should be replaced in 2027, el-Rufai and his Northern colleagues make nothing of the zoning arrangement between the North and South that ensures equitable representation in a diverse society as Nigeria.

For them, that “arrangement” was blatantly “breached” in 2011 when President Jonathan and the PDP refused the North to pick a Northerner to complete the “eight-year tenure” of President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua, who died in 2010.

Then-Vice President Jonathan from the South (and South-South) stepped in to complete the barely one-year remaining of Yar’Adua’s first term in office, and was supposed to pave the way for a Northerner to round-off the last four years of the Yar’Adua presidency. But Dr Jonathan refused to step down or step aside; and egged on by cheerleaders, he’s “coronated” as the PDP candidate, and subsequently won the presidential poll in 2011.

If Northerners were mollified in 2011 to allow Jonathan to “usurp” the remaining four years of the Yar’Adua presidency, they didn’t condone a similar antic in 2015 when Jonathan wanted a “Third Term” – as critics put it, taking cognizance of his being sworn-in twice in 2010 (to succeed Yar’Adua) and 2011.

Jonathan discountenanced his Oath of Office in 2010, whereas the amended 1999 Constitution of Nigeria states that, upon the resignation, removal or death of the President, the Vice President shall assume the position, to complete the term (not tenure), and could seek a second term if he hadn’t been sworn-in twice as President.

Not surprising, Jonathan faced stiff opposition from within the PDP, especially in the North, during the 2015 election, to the extent that the party leadership in the region, and members of his campaign council sold out and betrayed him on Election Day.

For instance, Atiku – who’d defected to, and run for President under then-Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) in 2007, and returned to the PDP before the 2011 election – led five PDP governors to walk out of the National Convention in 2014, and formed a factional New Peoples Democratic Party (nPDP), which later dissolved into the APC, to wrest power from the PDP and Jonathan in 2015.

On the APC side as the main opposition, el-Rufai was a major actor in the scotched-earth campaign that prevented Jonathan from being re-elected in 2015. Going personal (as he does currently) el-Rufai, on November 9, 2013, reportedly tweeted a photo of Jonathan praying, and wrote: “The many prayers of the lazy, docile, incompetent, clueless, hopeless, useless leader.”

That’s the kind of scenario el-Rufai and his new opposition soulmates contemplate for 2027, with consultations ongoing across the country, and members gracing all sorts of gatherings, including visits for condolences, such as they undertook to the Clark family home in Abuja.

During the visit, el-Rufai, acting like a magician performing advanced tricks, switched from condolence to politics of 2027, for a Northerner to supplant President Tinubu, who holds a Southern ticket that Chief Clark joined in fighting for in 2023, even as he wasn’t supportive of Tinubu’s candidacy.

Clark, though, had extolled Tinubu for some of his bold initiatives, such as the construction of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway; renewed efforts to clean-up the Ogoniland of oil polution; establishment of a University of Environment and Technology in Ogoni; and decentralisation of the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology to the six geopolitical zones of the country.

These projects, which favour both Ijawland and the Niger Delta, represent a subtle restructuring of Nigeria, which Chief Clark and like-minded Southern and Middle Belt leaders had advocated for decades, but opposed by the core North, whose agenda el-Rufai, Atiku and others are propagating for 2027.

In an open letter to Tinubu on March 20, 2024, which raised some issues relating to infrastructural development of the Niger Delta, and the country at large, Clark commended the President for the coastal highway, stating that when completed, it’d change Nigeria’s landscape.

Clark’s words: “I congratulate you (Tinubu), your Minister of Works and former Governor of Ebonyi State, His Excellency, David Umahi, for the recent award of the coastal road, which will stretch from Lagos State down to Calabar, Cross River State.

“This is a landmark project, which if completed, will change the landscape of infrastructural development in Nigeria… I assure you, Mr President, that we will not only endorse this project but will fully extend our support, to ensure its completion, especially at the areas of the Niger Delta where it will pass through. I want to assure you that on such a noble effort, you can count on my support and that of the entire people of the South-South.”

Surely, el-Rufai and company addressed the wrong message to the wrong audience at their visit to the Clark family. Perhaps, were the protocols of such a solemn and sober occasion to permit, the family members would’ve responded in a way that el-Rufai and his group won’t forget in a hurry in their 2027 kite-flying!

In any case, has el-Rufai forgotten that Jonathan is from the South-South? Or does his group want to atone for the North’s “conspiracy” against him in 2015, by “offering” him another shot at the Presidency, which Tinubu’s likely to recontest in 2027?

That’ll be a deft and clever calculation by el-Rufai and his Northern campaigners: Set a Southern challenger against a President from the South, thus paving the way for a Northerner to emerge as President in 2027!

It’s left to be seen if Jonathan will fall for this gambit, and soil his towering and soaring reputation as a beacon and the face of “true democracy,” not only in Nigeria, but also across Africa and the global community.

  • Your dissatisfaction over Tinubu’s government, not reflection of reality – Presidency knocks El-Rufai

Your dissatisfaction over Tinubu’s government, not reflection of reality – Presidency knocks El-Rufai

The presidency has linked the recent outburst of former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, during an interview to his resentment over being excluded from President Bola Tinubu’s administration.

TheNewsGuru reports that El-Rufai, while speaking on Arise TV on Monday, revealed that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu did not want him in his cabinet, adding that, it is not the National Assembly that rejected him as a ministerial nominee.

The former Governor, further said President Tinubu simply “changed his mind on the nomination.”

In response, the Special Adviser to the President on Information & Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, while featuring on Channels TV on Tuesday morning, urged El-Rufai to move on, stressing that he is displaying resentment of someone who was left out of a moving train, which is why he is campaigning against Tinubu.

Onanuga, who noted that El-Rufai feels hurt about not being appointed a minister despite his contribution to Tinubu’s electioneering process, maintained that, the former governor’s dissatisfaction about President Tinubu’s administration does not reflect reality.

He said, “As a person, I think I will pity the former governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai. He feels hurt that he was not made a minister. It has been a long time since the ministers were appointed, and I think it is time for him to move on. You cannot continue being like a child as if someone stole your bread, and you are crying over a spilt milk.

“It is natural for him to feel hurt that he has been excluded from Tinubu’s government and the President, in his birthday tribute to El-Rufai, acknowledged his contribution to the party, he actually helped a lot in installing the president Bola Tinubu. The exclusion is the reason he is going about campaigning against the president.

“He is showing the resentment of a man being left out of a moving train. I will advise him to forget everything that happened or not be made a minster, he has been in public service since 1999. His dissatisfaction about Tinubu’s government is his personal opinion and it does not reflect reality.

Ribadu fires back at El-Rufai over claims on 2031 ambition

The National Security Adviser (NSA), Nuhu Ribadu, has refuted the allegations made by former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, that he is behind a plot to destroy his reputation because of his 2031 Presidential ambition.

TheNewsGuru reports that the immediate past governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, during an interview with Arise TV on Monday, also alleged that the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu is nurturing a presidential ambition for 2031.

According to El-Rufai, Ribadu is collaborating with Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna, and the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission to destroy his image

In response, Ribadu, a former chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), released a statement on Monday night via his social media page, dismissing the claims as he stressed that he has never spoken ill of El-Rufai anywhere or with anyone.

Ribadu statement read: “My attention has been drawn to the interview granted by Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, the immediate past governor of Kaduna State Monday evening.

“If my silence wouldn’t risk being construed as consent, I would have ignored him. I am too preoccupied with my current assignment as to get into a media fight with Nasir El-Rufai or anyone else.

“Despite the incessant baiting and attacks I have never spoken ill of Nasir on record anywhere. This is out of respect for our past association and our respective families. I will not start today.

“I however urge the public to disregard El-rufai’s statements against me.

“For the avoidance of doubt, I want to put it on record that I have never discussed running for president in 2031 with anybody. All my focus and energy are geared completely towards the advancement of Nigeria and the success of the President Tinubu administration.

“I therefore ask Nasir El-Rufai to allow me face my onerous national assignment just as I do not bother myself with his own affairs.”

ICPC to arraign 3 El-Rufai’s aides, firm over alleged N64m fraud

The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) is set to arraign a firm and three former aides of ex-Kaduna State governor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai.

ICPC’s Spokesperson, Mr Demola Bakare, in a statement on Thursday in Abuja, said that the accused persons would be arraigned in  court on Friday in a fresh N64 million money laundering charge.

According to him, the ex-appointees are Mr Lawal Adebisi, a former Senior Special Adviser to El-Rufai, Mr Umar Waziri an ex- Accountant General of Kaduna State, and Mr Yusuf Inuwa, a former Finance Commissioner in the state.

”Also joined in the suit is Solar Life Nigeria limited, the company, which bank account was believed to have received the diverted funds.

”In the suit filed at the Federal High Court, Kaduna Judicial Division,  ICPC is accusing  Lawal of conniving with the two other accused persons to have diverted the total sum of N64.800 million.

”The money was sent in three tranches of N10 million, N47.840 million and N7.320 million to the bank account of Solar Life Nigeria limited where Mr Lawal is believed to be  the sole signatory.

”The four accused persons are expected to appear in court on Friday to take their plea,” Bakare said.

The ICPC had, last week in a separate charge,  arraigned the former Chief of Staff and Commissioner for Finance in Kaduna State, Alhaji Muhammad  Sa’idu for a money laundering.

The commission, in a two-count charge,  also filed before the Federal High Court in Kaduna, accused Saidu of accepting a cash payment of N155 million from Ibrahim Muktar, a public officer in the Ministry of Finance.

Since you pardon Buhari’s failure, you must accept this govt’s disaster – El-Rufai dragged for criticizing Tinubu

The former governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai has come under heavy criticism for recently calling out President Bola Tinubu administration.

TheNewsGuru.com(TNG) reports that El-Rufai while reacting to an article  titled “Tinubu’s Buharisation of the NNPC,” written by columnist Farooq Kperogi criticised Tinubu for favoring Yoruba in federal appointments saying  “DECEMBER MESSAGE: Two wrongs do not make a right. Sensible inclusion always trumps arrogant exclusion.”

In the article, Kperogi accused the Tinubu-led administration of recruiting his tribesmen into the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC) as the northerners did during President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration.

The former governor’s reaction elicited backlash from netizens who called out his hypocrisy.

Former Nigerian  lawmaker, Shehu Sani said the El-Rufai had no right to criticise Tinubu. According to the Civil rights activist and politician  Kaduna was an apartheid state under El-Rufai.

He wrote on X, “There were people who were silent when Buhari was fielding political offices with his kinsmen and have now found their voice to speak out when the equation doesn’t favour them. Let’s not make reference to the nepotism that marginalised Southern Kaduna for eight years. Kaduna was an apartheid state for eight years.”

Omokri, in a series of posts on social media, berated El-Rufai over the remark about Tinubu.

He wrote, “Just imagine, Nasir El-Rufai, a man who publicly admitted to using government money to pay killer herdsmen, is today complaining that the Tinubu administration is using government money to build a railway in Lagos.Maybe he would have preferred if the money was used to pay Boko Haram.”

Obiasogu David wrote: “Why didn’t El-Rufai call Buhari incompetent? Why didnt El-Rufai cry foul when Buhari favoured northerners in appointment? Where was he when Buhari borrowed  2 billion  to build a railway to Niger. Since El Rufai pardoned Buhari’s failure, he should accept Tinubu’s diseaster.”

Steven Kefas wrote; “As governor in Kaduna you violated these 10 principles of politics and leadership. You were so unjust to the people of Southern Kaduna and the Shiites. You supervised and gloted over the massacre of both groups. You marginalized both groups , got their membber thrown into prison. You were a wicked leader, Even King Pharaoh would bow for your wickedness.”

Daniel Omokhojie wrote: Prior to Buhari’s administration, nepotism was concealed; Buhari made it an open affair, with middle finger to anyone who was concerned. At that time, you were an ally. Its too late to find your voices now. Let nepotism be the standard until we sink as a nation
