The Federal Government is targeting April 2023 for the conduct of the National Population Census. The Chairman of the National Population Commission (NPC), Nasir Isa-Kwarra, made this known at the end of the virtual meeting of the Council of State, presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday in Abuja.
