The Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM) has noted that it will investigate the alleged killing of a Nigerian medical student by a group of Chinese citizens in the Philippines. Abdur-Rahman Balogun, NIDCOM’s Head of Media, Public Relations, and Protocol disclosed this via a statement on Monday evening.
