    In a bid to smoothen operations amongst various stakeholders, the Seaport Terminal Operators Association of Nigeria (STOAN) and the Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria (MWUN) have signed a National Joint Industrial Council (NJIC) agreement for dockworkers.
