The alleged photo of the father to the newborn baby of Nollywood actress, Dayo Amusa has surfaced on social media amidst speculation about the identity of her child’s father.
TheNewsGuru.com(TNG) reports that Amusa, on November 18th, had welcomed her first child in the United States but kept the father’s identity private thereby sparking curiosity on social media.
In response to speculations, Amusa, during a recent TikTok live session clarified that she would not reveal the identity of her child’s father to safeguard her peace and happiness.
She further asked those inquiring about her child’s paternity, if their husbands were missing.
She remarked, “I want to ask those asking about the father of my child. Is it that their husband is missing, or was there a census conducted that revealed their husband’s loss? These people are so unbecoming.
“Did they conduct a census for husbands, and when asked, ‘Where’s their husband?’ they said, ‘He’s inside my room,’ and that’s why they’re looking for the father of my child? Because I honestly don’t understand.
“A child is not some fruit that drops from heaven. It’s a man and a woman who come together, mate and create a child.
“Don’t stress yourself about it. It’s not necessary or compulsory to congratulate me on the birth of my child. If it’s not convenient for you, don’t bother—I won’t hold it against you because I’m a happy person.”
Days after the actress’s statement, former president of Best of Nollywood, Seun Oloketuyi via his Instagram page on Sunday, shared photos of an unidentified man on his page.
Seun disclosed that the shared photos belong to the father of Dayo Amusa’s son.
“Since you all want to know the father of her son. Now you have it. Can we now rest and face Nigeria problems. Ich,” he wrote.
Despite sharing the unconfirmed photo to appease curious netizens, Seun Oloketuyi was slammed for sharing the photos.
