The Ogun state government yesterday, apologised to civil servants in the state for not being paid as at when due in the month of November. The apology was relayed in form of a statement by the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Dapo Abiodun on New Media, Emmanuel Ojo on Wednesday in Abeokuta.
