Everything you need to succeed in the assignment that God has given to you is already inside of you. And what you have is sufficient for the assignment, you do not need to become like any other person.

The people of Laish, dwelt in isolation. They were far from the Sidonians and had no ties with anyone. They did not even have rulers in the land to guide them.

One morning, my husband called my attention to an unbelievable  sight in our balcony: ants had built a huge sand colony by one of the  air conditioner units.

Some years back, we got two beautiful peacocks: male and female. Since they  were new to our home, we tied them to a shrub in a corner of our compound,  from where they were feed regularly. After a while, we untied them so they  could wander around, and they did wander around.

As you begin the new year seeking wisdom and guidance from God, He will speak to you in diverse ways.

The children of Israel were about to cross over the Jordan to the  promised land after forty tears of wandering in the wilderness. The  officers went through the camp and instructed the people to move  only when they see the ark of the covenant of the Lord their God, with  the priests and Levites bearing…

It is the last day of the year. Irrespective of how you think the year went for you, praise God that you made it this far and are alive.

I came across a quote some time ago and it has stuck with me till date. It read:  “when you are always thankful to God, your tank will always be full”. God  inhabits the praises of His people and wherever God dwells, blessings are sure  to abound.

As the curtains slowly close over this year and we get set to enter the new year,  what is your state of mind? Gratitude, peace and serenity or confusion,  frustration, and regret? What posture are you currently adopting?

Every living thing needs certain nutrients for healthy growth and survival.  Humans require several essential minerals and vitamins the absence of which  will lead to certain deficiencies and even death.
