The immediate past General Officer Commanding (GOC) 81 Division, Nigerian Army, Maj.-Gen. Umar Musa has said that investigations were still ongoing concerning a police officer, SP Orukpe Monday, allegedly beaten to death by some soldiers in Lagos State.
