    Controversial pastor, Odumeje declares his time to die has come

    Controversial Anambra pastor, Chukwuemeka Ohanere, popularly known as “Odumeje,” has declared that he will soon die, saying his earthly ministry has come to an end.

    Odumeje rose to prominence through his unusual style of deliverance, often likened to WWE wrestling, where he lifted and slammed miracle-seeking members of his congregation.

    He also made headlines last year after a clash with Anambra State government officials during the demolition of his church, an incident that left him severely beaten and drew public sympathy.

    In a video from his Sunday service now circulating online, the pastor told his congregation that the time for his departure had come.

    He said:
    “I have called my little son, KingDavid, and told him that very soon, I, your father, will leave. You must take care of your brothers and your mother.

    “I came into this world for a purpose, and that purpose has been fulfilled. I have completed my earthly ministry, and I will leave soon.”

    Odumeje, who has faced several public battles and openly challenged native doctors to miracle contests, is 40 years old.

    The Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention and Deliverance Ministry, Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanemere popularly known as indabosky or  Odumeje, has again boasted that the naira depreciated because he wasn’t around in the country.

    It would be recalled that Odumeje travelled to the United Kindgom and spent some weeks.

    However, the  cleric said he has returned to Nigeria to stop the appreciation of the dollar against the Nigerian currency.

    Odumeje, in a video recorded at the airport while returning from London, boasted: “This is Indaboski Bahose. The war and the battle. A man full of power and activities. The only man who tells you, “I will bring down a dollar,” and he gets it done. When I left the country, dollar began to rise; now, I am back, I will continue where I stopped.”

    In a video recording of one of his church programmes a few weeks ago, the self-acclaimed prophet had claimed that the exchange rate of dollar to naira came down because of one of his powers, which he dubbed ‘Abidoshaker.’

    His claims came on the heels of the Nigerian currency’s significant gains after exchanging at N1,920 per dollar.

    Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanemere, popularly known as  Odumeje, the General Overseer of  Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention and Deliverance Ministry, has bragged that the exchange rate of dollar to naira came down because of his ‘Abidoshaker’ power.

    According to the prophet, he used ‘Abidoshaker’ to bring down the exchange of dollars to naira.

    Odumeje, made this known in a video recorded during one of his church programmes, where claimed he used ‘Abidoshaker’ to bring down the exchange of dollars to naira.

    It would be recalled  that the nations’ currency, the Naira has continued to gain weight as it exchanged for N1,360 and N1,408.04 per USD at both parallel and official foreign exchange markets. The naira has gained significantly after exchanging N1,920 per USD a few weeks ago.

    But, Odumeje has now attributed the recent strength of the Naira to his Abidoshaker powers.

    He words reads: “I used ‘Abidoshaker’. When I am speaking about powers, I am not a joker. Google all my miracles. I stood before this altar, telling you I would use all my powers to stop the dollar, that I would start with the dollar and use Abidoshaker to bring dollar down. And I performed it.

    “No pastor tried that. No pastor said that kind of thing. I will still bring down dollar and still handle the presidential seat of Nigeria. I have never said anything without perfecting it.

    “Google about my miracles. When I decide anything that will happen with that seat, anything I decide with that seat of the President will happen.”
