    Trump becomes first US president charged with crime, indicted over porn star hush money

    Former President of the United States, Donald Trump, has made history in America as the first US president charged with a crime following his indictment over the payment of hush money to an adult movie star in 2016.

    TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports that Trump was indicted by a grand jury seated in Manhattan, New York.

    The Manhattan District Attorney’s office has been investigating Trump for his alleged role in a payout and cover up scheme involving porn star, Stormy Daniels.

    TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) gathered that Trump allegedly paid the actress a sum of $130,000 in days leading up to the 2016 presidential election, which he eventually won.

    Sources familiar with the matter said a grand jury in Manhattan voted to indict the former President on Thursday. The indictment was however filed under seal and was yet to be officially announced.

    In a statement, Trump’s former attorney, Micheal Cohen, who is also involved in the case, confirmed the news and noted that the indictment was the first of its kind in America’s history.

    He said: “For the first time in our Country’s history, a President (current or former) of the United States has been indicted.

    “I take no pride in issuing this statement and wish to also remind everyone of the presumption of innocence; as provided by the due process clause.

    “However, I do take solace in validating the adage that no one is above the law; not even a former President. Today’s indictment is not the end of this chapter; but rather, just the beginning.

    “Now that the charges have been filed, it is better for the case to let the indictment speak for itself. The two things I wish to say at this time is that accountability matters and I stand by my testimony and the evidence I have provided to the Manhattan District Attorney.”

    Rumours of the possible indictment had broken out last week, leading to Trump calling on his supporters to protest against the indictment on his behalf.

    Porn star Dahlia Sky commits suicide after battling terminal breast cancer, depression

    Popular US porn star, Dahlia Sky who had been living in her car, allegedly died after she shot herself in the head, Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office said.

    Dahlia, 31, was found dead in the vehicle on June 30.

    Sky, who would have celebrated her 32nd birthday next month, had been diagnosed with breast cancer and was suffering from depression at the time of her death, the Sun reported.

    Sky’s body was found in the vehicle in the San Fernando Valley’s Devonshire area, Los Angeles Police Department detective Dave Peteque told AVN.

    Police are awaiting autopsy results from the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner, the coroner added.

    TheNewsGuru recalls that Sky began adult entertainment work in 2010 under the name Bailey Blue. She changed it in 2014 following a cease-and-desist from a clothing company of the same name, according to AVN — and proceeded to accrue more than 600 credits, as well as various industry awards.

    She was open about her battle with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and depression on social media.

    Porn star, Ron Jeremy risks 250 years in prison following 20 more sexual assault charges

    Ron Jeremy, an American pornographic actor has been charged with 20 added counts of sexual assaults, one of which involves a 15-year-old girl.

     

    According to BBC, Los Angeles district attorney’s office announced on Monday that the new charges span over 16 years, and that the alleged victims range from 15 to 54-year-old.

     

    The development is the latest in the threads of allegations of sexual violence pressed against the porn star, whose real name is Ronald Jeremy Hyatt.

     

    TheNewsGuru recalls that in June, the 67-year-old appeared in court for allegedly raping three women and sexually assaulting the fourth between 2014 and 2019.

     

    His counsel had then dismissed the charges in court, arguing that Jeremy had been “a paramour to over 4,000 women” and that “women throw themselves at him”.

     

    But barely few days after the adult film star appeared in court, prosecutors reported that they received 25 new complaints of sexual misconduct against him.

     

    The porn star has steadily denied the charges against him and restated his commitment to prove his “innocence”.

     

    If convicted as charged, Jeremy faces a possible maximum prison sentence of more than 250 years to life.

     

    Jeremy has established himself as one of the most prominent figures in the adult movie industry.

     

    He has featured in over over 2,000 adult films since he kickstarted his career in the 1970s.

    Feisty porn star, Nikki Benz is suing porn studio Brazzers for a sexual assault she claims to have suffered at the hands of a director.

     

    Benz first made the allegation public in 2016, claiming Tony T. had choked her and stomped her head while shooting an X-rated scene.

    In a new charge, Nikki adds much more explicit detail about the alleged violence … claiming she was hit so hard in the face, head and breasts she ended up bleeding.

     

    She also describes what sounds like waterboarding. TMZ reports that Nikki’s mouth was suppressed with her own underwear and “water was poured down her throat causing her to choke.”

     

    After the incident, Nikki claims Tony threatened to withhold her salary if she didn’t record an “exit interview” in which she stated she would shoot with him again in the future. In the suit, she says she initially told them no way, and only changed her tune due to the threat.

     

    Benz, a 2016 inductee to the AVN Hall of Fame, is prosecuting Tony, Brazzers, and her co-star, Ramon Nomar.

     

    Brazzers severed business ties with Tony almost immediately after Nikki went public about the alleged incident.

    But her new breasts didn’t settle well after the op, so Elizabeth naturally decided to go even larger with polypropylene breast implants, which are also known as “string” implants.

     

    The procedure, which is now banned, saw Elizabeth’s old implants removed, and replaced with a hefty string version.
