DNA test exposed lady who claimed I was her child’s father-Pretty Mike

Popular socialite, Pretty Mike has narrated the story of how a lady tried to pin a pregnancy on him.

In an Instagram post, the fashionista whose real name is Mike Eze-Nwalie Nwogu, said the incident happened eight years ago.

Mike said he met the lady identified as Amaka at a nightclub shortly after he arrived in Nigeria.

He said they had partially unprotected sex due to the fact that he was drunk.

Mike said six months after the encounter, Amaka called to inform him that she was pregnant.

Pretty Mike noted that he had initially objected because he expected her to have informed him earlier if he was truly the one responsible for the pregnancy.

He said his friend, identified as Yomi, would later persuade him to accept the pregnancy to avoid a scandal.

Mike said to his shock, he later caught Yomi and the lady having sex — a development he said culminated in his decision to have a DNA test after she put to bed.

“At this point, I made up my mind that they’d kill me before I will accept the child without a DNA test. She finally gave birth to an immaculate princess and it melted me,” he wrote.

“I don’t know if it was Kayanmata she used on me then because DNA never crossed my mind until two years ago. This babe girl kept growing but looked nothing like me, instead I could see my guy Yomi’s face in her.”

The social media sensation said the test showed that he was not the father of the child.

He added that contrary to his expectation, the test also revealed that Yomi was not the baby’s father.

“I built some courage at went for a DNA test she wasn’t mine, but I still wanted to help and asked my friend Yomi to come in for the same test, Lord and behold, Yomi wasn’t the father too,” he stated.

  • Pretty Mike tackles Seyi Shay over ‘harsh’ comments on Nigerian Idol

Pretty Mike tackles Seyi Shay over ‘harsh’ comments on Nigerian Idol

Socialite and entrepreneur, Pretty Mike has slammed Seyi Shay, for harsh comments to a young singer at this year’s audition of the television reality show, Nigerian Idol.

Seyi Shay who is a judge on the show recently told a 19-year-old girl that she cannot sing and shouldn’t think of plying that route for her future career.

Recalling how his high school teacher built a choir from students who are not good at singing, Pretty Mike stated that his teacher told him that everyone can sing.

According to him: ”Having seen a video of a 19 years old girl auditioning at Nigerian Idols and Seyi Shay specifically saying she can’t sing and shouldn’t consider plying that route is the sickest thing I’ve seen recently, Kindness is so easy to give, I really don’t know why people choose otherwise. She’s just a lady with a dream!

“Killing people’s confidence can only stem from a place of deepseethed insecurity and hate. It sickened me watching that girl grovel for an opportunity that wasn’t even worth her dignity. “I pray she learns and works on her voice. I pray she understands that a thousand Seyi Shays don’t have the final say over her aspirations and life.

“For the judges of these shows and auditions, the gap between constructive criticism and undiluted harshness is as wide as the Pacific Ocean, they can never be the same. For contestants of Nigerian idols, Big brother Naija and every other reality or talent hunt show out there, I want you to know that your dreams are valid and achievable”.

Seyi Shay’s statement also elicited various comments from fans on social media.

Read the comments gathered by TheNewsGuru below:

@Datblackwoman: I know Nigerian Female artists with better vocals than Seyi. Niyola, Tomi owo and many more. Seyi and her auto tune music needs to go sit in a corner for a time out. She’s doing too much. There’s a difference between constructive criticism and blatant disrespect.

@Ossyachievas: I felt so bad for that lady….Seyi Na better fool….

@WomeninPortharcourt: This particular matter is pretty dicey if you ask me. When you are the spotlight most times, you just have to expect the unexpected. When I was given a No when i auditioned at Project Fame during Chidinmas time. Like it was sure for me that I was gonna get to the final stage after crossing all the other stages with tension but that final No shock me too.

COVID-19 is a tip of what’s to come if you miss rapture-Pretty Mike

Popular socialite, Mike Eze-Nwalie Nwogu better known as Pretty Mike, has stated that happenings across the world due to COVID-19 are suggestive of what is to come when rapture takes place.
Taking to his social media page to share his opinion on the current COVID-19 epidemic, the socialite said the occurences across the world are tips of what will be for those who will miss the rapture.

“Covid-19 is just a tip of what is to come if you miss rapture!,” he wrote on Instagram.
“Emptiness and Vanity! Our cars are just parked there, no where to go to. The private jets are lying in waste, air spaces are all shut, every country nursing its citizens and fighting an unseen tiny enemy.
“Each man is confined to a room in those big mansions and the designers; clothes, bags, shoes, perfumes and make-up kits have all become useless and serving no purpose. No more urgent appointments and business meetings that deprive us of time with God and family.
“No parties to attend and hangouts to meet up with friends, no more convoys and sirens, even the money stocked away in the accounts and soak aways are useless… Even our expansive and expensive church auditoriums are empty, it is now each man with his God in truth and in spirit.”

Mike urged his fans to take advantage of this period and reflect on their lives while ensuring they repent from every wrongdoing.
“All we need today is food and air to breathe, we just want to be alive. Nothing else is really important. This world has never been vanity as it is today!,” Pretty Mike added.
“Good news is; we all have one more chance to introspect, to reflect and ask yourself why does God need to keep me alive through this? To marry or buy new cars or perhaps finish my doctorate or bachelors degree?
“What is my purpose in life now and after Covid-19? Why does God need to spare me and allow others die? Of what value am I to humanity and to God and His kingdom that should make God to spare me? Let us pray and repent and seek a more purposeful living after Covid-19.”

  • A beautiful woman is not meant for only one man-Pretty Mike

Socialite and club owner, Mike Nwogu, aka Pretty Mike, has said a beautiful woman is not meant for just one man.
The socialite made this known via his Instagram page.
According to him: ”I don’t know who needs to hear this but… A Beautiful lady isn’t meant for only one man, so to keep one to yourself in this Lagos, You must be capable of doing what eleven men can do”.
His statement has elicited different reactions from Nigerians on social media with many bashing him for making such a statement.
TheNewsGuru recalls that Pretty Mike had stated in an interview that he could be with 20 naked women and not feel anything.
“I always tell people that once one is sexually active, one wouldn’t be able to count how many people one has had sex with. I got deflowered when I was just 13 years old. I have been having sex for a long time, so for you to think I would be able to tell you how many people I have had sex with or even give a close figure, is almost impossible. I started having sex in the US and it was a thing of fun for us to be deflowered by older people; it was a trend.
“People that talk about these things forget that I have a partnership in a strip club; so I see naked women all the time. I have got to a point where I could be with over 20 naked women in a room without feeling anything. Sex doesn’t just come that way.”
