In a trending video, Akinbodunse in the video said the next president of Nigeria is a young person whose name begins with “S”.

In his words: “Nigeria, your next president is a youth. I don’t want to care about whatever anyone may say, your next president is a youth. God has left fathers and God has located a youth. I see a name starting with “S”. I see a chair and I see “S” sitting on the chair. And the country becomes peaceful. If you know Obasanjo, tell Obasanjo, God said he must use all the resources he has to support this elected youth by God. The same way Samuel supported David.”

  • ‘My prophet husband committed adultery with five women, wife confesses

An Ado-Ekiti Customary Court, ‎on Thursday, dissolved the 16 years marriage between Mr Emmanuel Jegede and his wife, Olubunmi, both clergymen.

The marriage was dissolved on the grounds of threat to life, provocation, stubbornness, lies and adultery.

The petitioner, Mr Emmanuel Jegede, 41, a clergyman, a resident at Irewumi quarters, opposite Bawa Estate, Ado-Ekiti, told the court that the respondent was arrogant, lazy, stubborn and unsupportive.

He explained that the respondent, who gave birth to three children for him, was not willing to work to assist him in taking care of the children’s welfare.

Emmanuel said that she was the only one responsible for the family upkeep including the education of the children.

The petitioner, therefore, pleaded with the court to separate them and award the custody of his three children to him for proper care.

The parties have since January 2016, stopped living together, as the petitioner had remarried ‎a new wife.

The respondent, Mrs Olubunmi Jegede, 39, a prophetess, trader and resident at No 31, Ifesowapo quarters, off Nova Road, Ado-Ekiti, denied all the allegations levelled against her.

She alleged that the petitioner was an adulterous man and that in 2008 alone, he committed adultery with five women in their church.

The respondent added that she even caught more women with the petitioner in their parish.

The mother of three children told the court that for two years, the petitioner abandoned her and the children.

She said the petitioner preferred to drink beer to stupor and smoke cigarettes instead of taking good care of her and the children.

Olubunmi said she was responsible for the school fees of their second child, Elizabeth, 6, since 2015 to date.

She consented to the decision of the petitioner that the court should dissolve their marriage.

The respondent, however, prayed the court to award the custody of her three children to her for proper care.

The president of the court, Mrs Olayinka Akomolede, observed that the marriage had broken down irretrievably and consequently dissolved the marriage.

She awarded ‎the custody of the three children to the respondent for proper care.

Akomolede ruled that the petitioner would be paying N2, 500 as feeding allowance on each of the three children, beginning on or before Nov. 30 through the court registry.

She further ruled that the petitioner would be responsible for the education of the children at all levels.

However, the court granted the petitioner, unrestricted access to his children between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.

  • There’s no going back on my prophecy, Funke Akindele won’t bear children, prophet insists

There’s no going back on my prophecy, Funke Akindele won’t bear children, prophet insists

Founder of the Mountain of Blessing and Miracle Church of Christ, Dr. Olagorioye Faleyimu, has said he does not regret his prophecies on popular actress, Funke Akindele Bello, about not having children.

Olagorioye had revealed shocking prophecies for 2017, in which he said the death of Nigeria’s renowned prophet, TB Joshua was near and that Mrs Funke Akindele Bello, popularly known as ‘Jenifa’ should ‘pray deeply so as to have children, because without special prayers, she won’t have a child before she dies.’

The prophecy had got tongues wagging and her husband, JJC Skillz, had reacted, saying “No evil prophecies will come to pass in your (Funke’s) generation.”

According to a report by Encomium, the prophet said he has no regrets despite being widely tongue lashed over his prophecy about the popular actress.

He said he is an anointed prophet whose calling was to deliver message as sent by God and move on, noting that in the past, people had lambasted him over prophecies he made but at the end of it all, all he said will come to pass.

He said, “Yes, it’s God that revealed to me that she’s destined to be famous and wealthy but no child, but if she’s very prayerful, she will eventually break the yoke of barrenness and become a mother.

That same message has also been repeated. Even, if she doesn’t seek the face of God, her enemies don’t want her to have a stable home despite the fact that she has remarried. That means the marriage can still crash unless she’s prayerful.

God has also repeated it this year, that for her to have a child, she needs to be closer to God. People are now attacking me here and there that why did I say that?

Some said I should have written a letter to her or invited her privately instead of making it public. But I am not a kind of prophet that predicts because of money. I am an anointed prophet. My calling is to deliver message as sent by God.

But some people don’t know the difference between prophets and anointed ones. It’s in the Bible and Qur’an how the prophets of God operate. They’re not prophets of nowadays that only came to collect money from the government, high and mighty in the society and others.

As a prophet, deliver God’s message and move on. You don’t need to be on anybody’s neck.

I read in one of these Yoruba magazines that Funke Akindele is waging spiritual war against me because of the prophecy; nothing can happen unless God didn’t send me.

I don’t regret on what I said. All she needs is to pray very well, I have nothing against her. I am 40 years as a prophet. That means I have been predicting since 40 years ago and I have never regretted any of my prophecies.

I am used to all these criticisms about my prophecies. Even, at times, some would curse me but at the end of it all, all I said will come to pass.

When I revealed what God told me about TB Joshua, some people commented that I wanted to collect money from him, but I think everybody saw it when he escaped death in 2014. Some were saying TB Joshua was supposed to have seen it before it happened.

I am a farmer and I am contented. But my calling is to deliver God’s message to His people and I shouldn’t be afraid of anybody irrespective of his or her position.

In 2009, when God sent me to theatre practitioners that 25 of them would die, unless they pray, they called me fraudster, claiming I wanted to use the prophecy to extort them. But when it happened most of them said they would sue me. They called me fake prophet, but the death didn’t stop until they were 25.

Some said before election in 2015 that Buhari can never rule Nigeria again but Buhari is ruling now which I had earlier predicted,” he affirmed.

  • Many Nigerian entertainers will die in 2017- Soul E

The beginning of every new year is a period when different prophets come up with different prophecies for the new year.

Former Afro-pop singer turned Prophet, Emmanuel Okose a.k.a Soul E took to his Facebook page to reveal his own prophecies for the 2017.

According to him:”Nigeria needs to pray for the entertainment industry. Many talents in the music, comedy and movie industries would be lost.”

Still on Nigeria, the president would spend 8 years in office. This will be a narrow escape but I see it happening.

Russia will face so many obstacles this year from different nations. It’s not going to be a good year for them politically. I also see an assassination attempt on the president.

Ghana will face serious economical hard times. The new president would face an onslaught of oppositions.

The President of South Africa needs serious prayers over his health. I see them lose someone quite influential in the political sector. Schools, buses would go on strike. So much confusion in the nation of South Africa. They need to pray seriously.

Nigeria needs to pray for the entertainment industry. Many talents in the music, comedy and movie industries would be lost.

Still on Nigeria, the president would spend 8 years in office. This will be a narrow escape but I see it happening.

I see the oil price rising yet again and this will cause a lot of confusion in the oil sector. Pray for Nigeria in ernest.

“False prophets/churches will be closed down. The judgement of God Almighty is coming down on the church this year. God has heard the cries of the innocent. False men of God will die this year.”

“God told me that, the year 2017 will be the best year for Nigerians. It will be so easy to buy houses, land, cars and such for the righteous. There would be so much wealth for them.”

” The new President of America needs to pray. I see an assassination attempt against his life. In addition, serious disagreements between him and members of his parliament would happen because of his style of administration.”

In his 2014 prophesy, Soul E said Davido was going to be involved in a fatal accident and that Wizkid was going to be poisoned. We can’t recall these happening to these individuals.
