The Federal Capital Territory Police Command has arrested one Nweke Chadikaobi for assaulting his niece, 10-year-old Oluebube Emmanuel. TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) confirmed that Chadikaobi was arrested at Range View Estate, in the Dawaki area of Abuja.
