    Gov. Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta, on Tuesday, forwarded the names of four commissioner nominees to the state House of Assembly for possible screening and confirmation. The names were contained in a letter to the Assembly which was read on the floor of the House by the Speaker, Chief Sheriff Oborevwori.
