Normalcy has returned to the Lagos-Ibadan expressway after rioters blocked and set bonfire on the highway to prevent motorists from plying it. Many travelers were stuck for close to 6 hours at the Magboro-end of the Lagos-Ibadan expressway as a result of the blocking of the highway by rioters protesting the unavailability of cash.
