The thespian criticised Yinka for attacking May, especially for sharing her phone number online, questioning what Yinka hoped to achieve with the attack on Yul’s estranged wife.

She said, “When you fight with the head of the table, you fight the branches. I have been mute because, judging from the way you desperately jumped in, I know it’s not going to work out. Well, lucky you. Your exit happened almost immediately, so you won’t be disgraced for too long.

“I am Queen May’s mother and will remain protective regarding everything that concerns her, especially in this online space where a lot of people like you are bent on driving her into depression with your toxicities. Good thing she gets too busy to even read insensitive posts and comments.

“But I still don’t understand why some people love attacking people who do absolutely nothing against them, more especially you.
Need I remind you that the Queen May Yul Edochie, we all hold nothing against people? This baby girl of mine doesn’t have time for herself, let alone time to come at people. She is a busy person, very focused and committed to the things she does.

“Talking about the entire family of the prestigious Edochies. We are very peaceful people, we don’t hurt people. We don’t look for troubles, we are always on our own but don’t forget we are still very dangerous lions, when our tails are stepped on, we erupt like volcanoes.

“See as trouble go dey him dey, inyanga like you go dey wake am. You made people keep trolling the Edochies family, writing crãzy things about us, even to the extent of sending May a direct message filled with lots of trolling words. All these happened when you hadn’t entered the home. So, what would have happened if you were allowed to enter? Who sent you nne?

“As if that wasn’t enough, you went as far as displaying her phone number, that of Linc and his brothers, for public viewership. What were you intending to achieve with such an insensitive deed? The people you were trying to impress being the reasons you are coming at someone who doesn’t know you from anywhere, no dey even know say you dey exist, let alone thanking or cheering you for being as mannerless as you were

“I am glad you have decided to rest. Just like you said, because you for collect wotowoto from my side o. I was actually waiting for the right time. I am sure you know say I no send anybody pa”.

”This is not the first, neither the second nor the third, it has become a recurring media practice by so-called bloggers and content creators, my question is this?

“Why, in the name of Go would you wish untimely death on someone, especially the Nigerian celebrities, simply because you feel we are famous and can fetch you the traffic, engagements, and funds that you don’t deserve.

”I have said it before, and i am saying it again: social media has literally done more harm than good to society. It has also been a constant source of enrichment most Nigerian youths in the youths in the country, but the abuse is getting out of hand.

“Over the years, its been about character defamation just to generate traffic; now its as if the defamation thing is becoming common; you have now switched to spreading death rumors on celebrities and making the world belive what isn’t true.

“My great husband and i, sir, Pete Edochie, were also victims of the heartbreaking rumor.

“I can remember when i shot the movie calabash, where i played the mother of Ini Edo, my character died in that movie, and the flesh was meant to be decomposed; these bloggers started posting that that had an accident with their entire familt members and died and not me.

“These set of bloggers also said that sir Pete travelled to the United States, and then they slumped and died, not him.

Edochie added that it is rather unfortunate to see women nowadays choose to stay in toxic relationships where the men cheat recklessly and showers their partners with money as compensation.

In her words, she said: “It is really very unfortunate to see women preferring to be in a toxic relationship where cheating and infidelity takes the lead simply because the so called man showers them with money. You can image a situation where a wife or a fiancee tells her man to use protection while having sex with another woman.

“Chai, i weep, what happened to your respect and presitage as the woman of the house? Have you sold them for pounds and dollars? During our time once we find out that our men cheats on us, we will kick against it with full force, yell at him, starve him sexually and give him certain attitudes he wont find comfortable and if he refuses to stop cheating, we will walk away from the marriage or relationship irrespective of who he thinks he is or how much he thinks he has

“Ladies you can do better now, its high time you start proving to your men that money doesnt buy respect.

“Secondly, i have been saying this though, ladies have something you do that fetches you money, be a boss, sail your own ship by yourself so you can confortably tackle a man who keeps messing up. It is only when you depend on your man for survival that you will have no say when he begins to trample on your emotions as a woman. Please plan yourselves biko nu maka na tata bu gbooo.”
