New kid on the bloc, Nigerian forward, Victor Boniface has scooped the Bundesliga award for the Rookie of the month for August. Bayer Leverkusen made the announcement via their platform X page on Friday night, The 22-year-old beat RB Leipzig winger Xavi Simons and Freiburg Nigerian born goalkeeper, Noah Atubolu to the award.
