Sandra Okagbue, ex-beauty Queen and wife of popular highlife singer, Flavour has come under criticisms for sharing photos of herself to mourn her deceased father-in-law ahead of his funeral ceremony.
The NewsGuru.com (TNG) recalls that the singer’s father, Benjamin Onyemaechi Okoli died on May 22nd.
The ”Big Baller” crooner had taken to the X platform to share the sad news about the demise.
“God gives. God takes,” he wrote in Igbo.
He also added a throwback video of him performing for his father.
“Nna m. Papa Ijele. Rest well,” he wrote.
Sharing photos of herself ahead of the burial ceremony holding today, Sandra celebrated the life of her deceased father-in-law noting he will forever remain an icon.
She wrote: “Today, we gather not in sorrow but in celebration of life of a remarkable man that was and allways will be an icon to many. Farewell my father-in-law, Pa Benjamin Okoli.”
This gesture have attracted mixed reactions from fans of the singer.
