Senegal senior male football team also known as Teranga Lions qualified to the mundial after beating North African side Egypt 4-2 on Penalties. The Teranga Lions defeated the same Pharaohs in Cameroon earlier in February to lift a historic first-ever Africa Cup of Nations title.
