    A former Big Brother Naija, BBNaija Season 6 housemate, Beatrice Agba Nwaji has revealed to her fans what people hardly know about her.

    According to her, she is still scared of having sex with a man.

    She made this known via her Twitter page on Friday.

     

    Her tweet read: “I can’t believe at my age I’m still scared of sex.”

    Recall that Beatrice was one of the ‘Shine Ya eye’ housemates who exited the BBNaija reality show in the second week.

    Beatrice, during her time in the house, revealed she is a divorcee with a seven-year-old son.

    On why she didn’t have an intimate relationship while on BBNaija . Beatrice said in an interview: “To be honest, I was already tired of being there at the time I got evicted. Funny enough, when I told my mom I was going for Big Brother Naija, she was so excited and said I was going to win. I told her I wasn’t interested in winning and that if I spend a week or two there, I would be happy. I would have preferred a woman emerged the winner because I am a woman. A woman winning is a win for all women.”

    The Jigawa state police command has detained a 25-year-old man for allegedly having sexual intercourse with a goat in the Gwaram LGA of the state.

    According to NAN, Lawan Shiisu, the command’s public relations officer, broke the news in a statement on Friday.

    Shiisu said the suspect whose name was not revealed, was arrested at about 1 am by police operatives who were on patrol in Gwaram town.

    The police spokesperson said the suspect, a resident of Kunnadi quarters, was arrested by the patrol team while allegedly indulging in the bestial act.

    “At about 0100hrs, police from Gwaram Divisional Headquarters, while on patrol in Gwaram and its environs, arrested one 25-year-old resident of Kunnadi quarters, while having intercourse with a goat,” he said.

    The spokesman added that investigation into the case was ongoing after which the suspect would be charged to court.

    Bestiality is a crime in Nigeria. According to section 214 of the Nigerian criminal code act, the offence is punishable by a jail term of up to seven years.

    The penal code act, which applies in northern parts of the country, also prohibits bestial acts.

    “Whoever has carnal intercourse against the order of nature with a man, woman or any animal, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term of which may extend to fourteen years and shall also be liable to fine,” it read.

    THE Lagos State Police Command said it was investigating one of its personnel, Adegoke Atilade, who lost his pistol after having sex with one of his old girlfriends.

    Atilade, a divisional Police officer in charge of Denton Police station in the Ebute Metta area of the state, had invited one Jenifer Madueke to his office on Friday from where they spent a night together.

    Trouble started when he discovered that his service pistol was missing after the lady had left.

    Madueke, who had denied stealing the pistol, was reportedly arrested on Saturday by the embattled DPO. According to reports, she is currently being detained at the State Criminal Investigation Department in Yaba.

    But in a statement on Sunday evening, the Command Spokesperson Adekunle Ajisebutu said the State Commissioner of Police Hakeem Odumosu had ordered the redeployment of the DPO.

    Ajisebutu noted that the redeployment was to pave the way for a fair investigation into the allegation of sex and the missing pistol.

    He assured that the command would take appropriate action against anyone found culpable.

    “In the interest of fairness and justice, the Commissioner of Police, CP Hakeem Odumosu, has ordered an independent, thorough and unbiased investigation into the case,” he said.
    “Members of the public are hereby assured that appropriate actions will be taken against anyone found culpable at the conclusion of the ongoing investigation such that at the end, justice would have been served.

    “Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police has directed immediate redeployment of the officer in the eye of the storm so as to pave the way for diligent and unbiased investigation.”
