    Following the recent unveiling of Simi’s album Simisola, fresh facts have now emerged that Simi’s six-year relationship with Adekunle Gold is sizzling as ever.

     

    Though Simi and Falz fuelled dating rumours through their musical chemistry and collaborations, Insiders in the Nigerian showbiz terrain echoed that they only have a mutual working relationship.

     

    Adekunle Gold and Simi are not just lovebirds, they also have an unquestionable charm and endearment when they team up on songs Though the duo have neither accepted or denied their blossoming love affair, the hints always show up.

     

    Adekunle featured Simi on ‘No forget’, a song on his album .In the same vein, the sweet voiced Simi has also reciprocated by featuring Adekunle in Take me back, a song on Simisola, her new album.

     

    Simi croons during her verse in the song, saying:” Baby I was wrong, but definitely I was crazy, I no mean to say go away. I must have been out of my mind to tell you go away, just take me back”.

     

    The amazing thing is that the lovebirds are also leveraging on the buzz and media attention their romance is garnering, using it as a ploy to promote their music.

    Ever since Simi and Falz started collaborating on songs, fans and the media started speculating as to whether the duo are dating or not.

    The two youngsters fell in love musically, gave birth to an EP called Chemistry and have been linked romantically ever since.

     

    In a recent TV interview, Simi was asked about her relationship with Falz. She said:” I never said I was dating Falz. What we do is work is work related and we must sell market.

    When asked to share her opinion about celebrities who put their private lives on social media, she said, she is careful about what she posts on social media.

    According to her:” I am a private person. There was a time in my life that I can post anything and nobody will notice on social media, but right now, whatever I post can be misinterpreted. It’s not everything that should be put on social media. Whatever works for you make sure you handle it properly” Simi revealed.

    The singer took to Snapchat to wish her late dad a happy father’s day. According to her:” I miss my dad and I wish I could have given him one last hug. I wish that all the time, happy father’s day pops . If you have a dad, don’t ever take him for granted” she said.

    On January 9, 2014, Simi released two singles titled “Tiff” and “E No Go Funny”, with the former receiving massive airplay and accepted generally among music critics. The video for “Tiff” was released on August 30, 2015 and directed by Josh Clarke.The song went on to be nominated in the “Best Alternative Song” category at the 2015 edition of The Headies.     Jamb Question singer, Simi has made it known that she isn’t comfortable discussing her personal relationship in front of cameras. Recall that Simi has been romantically linked with Falz and Adekunle Gold. Whenever she is being interviewed, the question keeps coming up.

    Speaking with NotjustOk TV, she said:“I hear of this love triangle between myself, Adekunle Gold and Falz all the time. I don’t know why but there is no triangle. I really prefer not to talk about my personal relationship in front of cameras. What I’m going to say is that I work with them and I enjoy working with them”.

    When asked about her forthcoming album , she said:” I’m so excited and I am also a bit scared because I know a lot of work is going to go into it. I’m a perfectionist, my producer is a perfectionist so between the both of us there probably is gonna be a lot of stress… My album was gonna drop last year but it did not because we were gonna drop the Chemistry EP (with Falz) plus it wasn’t ready.”

    Jamb Question singer , Simi has been condemned over her dress sense. The criticism came as a result of the outfit she wore during her performance at the Big Brother Naija eviction show yesterday 26th of February.

    The X3M artiste who couldn’t withstand the condemnation replied some of her fans and blocked others following her.

    A certain Brendlishus wrote:”Simi what is this skirt skirt for gods sake, one step forward and five steps backward.”

    Simi gave an epic reply:” Nobody forced you to watch boo”

    “Simi is always so defensive”another said

For over four years, the talented singers have been on a sizzling romance which they have jointly kept away from the public glare.
