13th African Games: Team Nigeria finish second in weightlifting
The weightlifting event at the ongoing African gams has ended with team Nigeria finishing second in the category. Both male and female lifters won a total of 32 medals comprising of Gold, Silver and Bronze. Nigerian lifters won 16 gold, 10 silver and 6 bronze medals to come second behind leading country Egypt.
