In a recent interview, Bambam said rumours have no effect on her marriage.

“We are very deliberate as a couple. We know how to separate our personal lives from our social lives. That’s why I still have my sanity. There is no pressure on us. Me and Teddy don’t need to get validation from anyone. We do whatever we want and live on our own terms.

“For the last time, I debunk reports of domestic violence because it amounts to defamation of character. It’s wrong to joke with things like that. Our reputations are important because of the work we do as brand influencers. If my husband is tagged a woman beater, it would affect our work. To him, it wasn’t a big deal but I felt that was too much. I can’t be quiet about something like that. I’m a calm and quiet person but I would never stay with a violent man. If I had noticed any violent traits in my husband, I wouldn’t have married him. Whoever is peddling that news and the people that believe it must think very low of us as a couple.”

  • Trouble looms as Teddy A battles domestic violence accusation

    A certain social media user,
Cutie Julls, has accused Big Brother Naija 2018 housemate, Teddy A, of domestic violence on wife, BamBam.

Cutie in fresh allegation on Tuesday said that Teddy A hit BamBam a couple of times before their wedding in September.

Beating was before wedding. And chances that it won’t come back after Bambam delivers her baby is only in God’s hands,” the blogger said.

“@iamteddya, you know I don’t hate you. All I’m saying is refraining from beating Bambam should be priority on your New Year resolutions. That one na bad thing? See your fans here, especially the women using abusive languages on me just to encourage a fellow woman to keep mute and continue forming in an abusive relationship. Something most of them will not condone. Honey, tell them to stay off o. Because remember you beating Bambam is no lie. I am not saying she should leave you. All I am saying is please kindly stop beating her,” the blogger added in another post on Instagram.

In his reaction an angry Teddy A denied the claim and also threatened to sue the lad

Teddy A replied in the comment section, denying the allegation and also threatened to file legal suit for defamation.

“I think most people understand you’re spreading lies in order to boost your little blog, you wanna grow I get it. It’s also obvious you’ve been paid to defame me,” he said.

“Petty, irrelevant bloggers like you with no credibility will get what’s coming soon. I’d take this up legally but you’re a faceless nobody so it’s a waste of my time and I doubt you could even pay up if that lawsuit were to hit you. Keep my name and that of mine off your blog if you wanna continue running this little page.”
