    Renowned singer and TV personality, Toni Braxton has revealed how her fiancé ,Birdman gave her a deadline to pick their wedding date.

    The 51-year old singer made this known when she appeared as a guest on the recent episode of the Wendy Williams Show.

     

    In her words:”We almost had a date, well we had two dates, but we were doing Braxton Family Values,” stated Braxton after showing off her mountain of an engagement ring. “And we were going through a little drama, and I was like, ‘Okay the wedding is a good thing to get all of us sisters together,’ but I couldn’t get us all together. I said the wedding is not a good reason because it’s messing up my relationship a little bit. He’s was like come on Michelle set a date.”

     

    Braxton then revealed to the audience that Birdman doesn’t call her by her first name and that Michelle is her middle name.

    “He said before the year is out, so I have a couple weeks.”

     

    Toni Braxton is engaged to Birdman a relationship that seems strange until you realize the two had been friends for almost two decades prior to dating. Braxton kept the details surrounding the engagement on the low, giving fans scarce information when she felt like opening up.

    Talented songstress, Toni Braxton has openly declared that she doesn’t like her family. Her controversial statement elicited strange stares from them.
    Braxton made this known in an upcoming episode of their family’s reality TV show, ‘Braxton Family Values’.
     
    Toni Braxton revealed that she doesn’t really like her family, and if they weren’t her family, she wouldn’t have any of them as friends.
     
    Toni told life coach Iyanla Vanzant in the presence of her entire family:
    Hear her:” I am confessing that, although I love my family, most of the time I don’t like my family. Everyone in my family. Everybody. I feel like I’m angry at everybody in my family. I don’t like my family. If they weren’t my family, they wouldn’t be my friends”.
    Tony is an American singer, songwriter, pianist, record producer, actress, television personality, and philanthropist. She began performing with her sisters in a family group known as The Braxtons in the late 1980s.

  • Toni Braxton finally shares engagement pictures

    Popular RnB singer, Toni Braxton has taken to Instagram to share photos of her engagement to rapper and co-founder of Cash Money Records Birdman.

    The two who first met back in 2002 officially appeared as a couple on the red carpet at the 2016 BET Awards.

    In a chat with the Wendy Williams Show, Cash Money was asked if his relationship with Toni Braxton was official, the rapper responded- “T, that’s my girl, my friend, my family… that’s my love, my soldier, my life… She’s my life. I love her to death.”

    The lovebirds first teased fans about their engagement back in February during a trailer of reality TV show ‘Braxton Family Values‘ where Toni happily told her sisters – ‘I have an announcement to make… I’m engaged!’

    Although there are not a lot of details about the wedding yet, the R&B crooner has been quoted as saying: ”This is my second wedding and I’m over 40 – It’s like Carrie Bradshaw, the last bride over 40 – so I want something that’s elegant and a little sexy. I’ve already done the beautiful bell dress at my first wedding,” she says of the planned black, white and red affair. ”This time, I want something that’s more vintage – ’20s and 30s like Great Gatsby-themed.”

    Sensational singer, Toni Braxton shocked many when she announced her engagement to Birdman, co-founder of Cash Money Records. Unknown to many, Braxton and Birdman have been a public item for over two years.

     

    The singer made the news of her engagement known in a recent teaser for the sixth season of ‘Braxton Family Values’, a reality show which features all the members of her family.

     

    “I have an announcement to make… I’m engaged,” Braxton revealed while showing off a fabulous engagement ring.

     

     

    In the same vein, her rapper fiancee on Tuesday talked about their relationship on Wendy Williams’ eponymous show — but failed to give a specific answer on the engagement.

     

     

    When asked of their relationship status, he said: “That’s my girl, my friend, my family. That’s my love, my soldier, my life — she’s my everything. She’s my life — I love her to death.

     

    “I’ve been knowing T for a long time — way back like 17, 18 years. Things just happen.”
