TheNewsGuru recalls that back in May 2019, Uche went full blast nude to celebrate her birthday on social media.

As expected, the pictures triggered a flood of comments, criticisms and condemnations.
In a chat with TheNewsGuru, Ogbodo said she expected the negative comments, throwing more light on what actually inspired her controversial nude birthday pictures.
“My birthday photo-shoot are always inspired by my mood. Usually an artist needs to have photo-shoots every now and then , but because I’m always really busy all through the week, I find it really important to use my birthday shoot to make up for others.

“This year’s shoot was inspired by my total body change .I am so happy that I was able to achieve my banging body without going under the knife. It took a lot of hard work and determination to do that. So I am super grateful to the universe for adorning me with beauty when people thought it was impossible.
When asked what nudity means to her, she said: “Nudity Means nudity, to be without coverings, without clothes . It means going naked.
I don’t expect people to know the true meaning I did what I did because they aren’t me. They aren’t inside of my emotions or my soul to know the reason behind the spur. So it’s expected that they will have different reasons or excuses for my actions. But regardless, I love my fans a lot and will never stop surprising them

“I am not moved by negative comments at all. They don’t affect me in anyway. I signed up for this entertainment businesss I am ready for everything that comes with it”

  • For Bad Gal, Uche Ogbodo, Sex is good, having orgasm is greater

Delectable actress and Nollywood Bad Gal, Uche Ogbodo, hardly talks about her sexual preferences, but whenever she does, she goes all the way. TheNewsGuru.com, TNG, can confirm that she has again bared her mind and stirred the hornets nest with a controversial assertion which many women will be too shy to confront.

Waxing lyrical on her Instagram page, the beautiful role interpreter proclaims on the roof top that good sex, whether within the confine of marriage or not, without the female partner reaching orgasm, is wasted energy. She proclaims that there is no point going all the way, into sexual intercourse, without getting to the promised land of orgasm.

In her words: ”Having Sex is good ! But Having An Orgasm is Greater !
Give A Woman An Orgasm! ?I always feel like good Sex without orgasm is wasted energy. Hehehe don’t blame me but really what’s the point? To go all that way and not get to the promise land! Eeeewww!

    http://thenewsguru.ng/news/article/i-cannot-stand-a-one-minute-man-koko-pat/

I have also come to find out that most women don’t even know what an Orgasm is in the first place, really Sad! . . . .. I am no Sex Teacher, or Discover your Body teacher but pls don’t be SHY, find someone who can help you discover what an orgasm is, if you are in the 18 – 100 age range ooo; not for minors .? . . . . My MAIN POINT Today is VIRGINAL MUTILATION, that inhuman practice done on millions of women in Africa all in the name of Culture & Tradition that takes away the Joy of ever having An Orgasm During SEX . .
This is Pure Evil! & must be STOPPED! ..Man inhumanity to women . Show Love this Valentine Season & Give An Orgasm for VAL”

What TheNewsGuru.com, TNG, cannot confirm now is whether her current, controversial statements are geared towards playing the bad girl role and thus generate public interest and attention or it is a genuine heartfelt cry on behalf of women who are being deprived of full sexual pleasures by their partners.

In another development, in a chat with TheNewsGuru, the light skinned actress confessed that one of her singular acting dream currently is that she looks forward to playing the role of a stark, raving, mad woman.

“I will love to play the role of a stark raving mad woman”, she emphasised coyly.

  • I look forward to playing the role of a stark raving mad woman- Uche Ogbodo

Beautiful light skinned actress, Uche Ogbodo ranks in the upper reef of the ocean when it comes to acting. She has seen it all, done it all but not without some scars and accolades to show for it.
In this interview with TheNewsGuru, the role interpreter opens up on her weight loss journey, her passion for acting amongst other issues.

What was childhood like and how did it prepare you for your current career?
My childhood was fair. I said fair because I grew up in a remote and decent community. I didn’t have everything I wanted as a child. I made do with whatever my parents could afford at the time, ranging from toys, being able to attend different schools and others.
But in all I had great parents who have so much love for their kids. They were ready to give us their best. I can recall that drama is something that came naturally to me as a child. I was a drama queen as a little girl. In fact at a point, I wanted so much to be a fine artist, but I couldn’t do well in that field, however dramatic art chose me. I am grateful to God for the gift. I am also grateful to my father for being such an awesome fan right from my Nursery school days. I am grateful to him, for helping me find my feet in Nollywood. My father is a major support system in my career.

What is that one role you look forward to playing?
I look forward to playing the role of a stark raving mad woman

You recently revealed that your boyfriend made you decide to shed some weight. What made you reveal that?
Nothing much. People wanted to know the push behind my weight loss and I had to tell them who was behind it.

Are you satisfied with how far you have come in Nollywood?
I am satisfied but not quiet satiated. I am still a work in progress.

What do you consider as your most challenging movie role?
Most roles I have been opportune to play have all been challenging one way or the other.

Some people perceive you as being controversial, what do you have to say about that?

Am I controversial? Is that a good thing or bad thing? Honestly I don’t know if truly I am controversial.

What is your opinion about the injection of soft porn into Nollywood movies?

I have no opinion about that really. It’s an investor’s choice to choose the type of story he/she wishes to produce. It’s not my problem; I didn’t give him the finances so my opinion has little or nothing to do with the whole process.

What factors do you look out for before picking up a sensual role?

If you mean sexual roles, I don’t play sexual roles.

You have been in the industry for years, what lessons have you learnt over the years?
Work hard! Learn to mind your business! There are no permanent friends or permanent enemies.

How have you been able to handle the responsibilities of being a single mum?

I am a hard worker. I try to give my daughter the best .It’s a constant struggle but God is helping us.

In the course of your career what advice have you been given, and who gave it?
In the course of my career so many people have impacted my life one way or the other .The advice that has really stayed with me is the one by Olu Jacobs, when he said to me “Never loose concentration”.

  • Women not to be blamed for domestic violence- Uche Ogbodo

Nollywood actress, Uche Ogbodo has countered Monalisa Chinda’s statement stating that women are not to be blamed for domestic violence.

Recall that Monalisa had said in an interview that women are responsible for domestic violence, half of the time.

She said: “As much as I detest all forms of violence against women and men, women should quit provoking their man by beating punches and slaps. I’m a domestic violence [enthusiast]. I always research when I hear fresh stories about domestic violence. Half the time, it is the women. God just gave us this running Okra mouth. Women, don’t fight with people who are stronger than you.”

Countering Monalisa’s stance, Uche said: “I disagree with Monalisa. We all have our minds and how we understand certain things. You know they say women talk a lot but not all women talk… I don’t think she should capitalize on women being the cause of domestic violence because it is not true.Women who go through such pain just bottle it all up”.

Sensational Nollywood actress, Uche Ogbodo has opened up about her views about love. The single mother of one declared she doesn’t know If love is real.

In her words:”No. I don’t even know what love is. I don’t even know if love is real. I can feel it but I don’t know if it is real”.

The beautiful actress who is separated from her husband said she is yet to recover from the hurt and not fully healed from the heartbreaks she suffered in the union.

“I’m better now. Believe me, I’m at a better place than I was some years ago. I was numb for a long time but I am healing gradually. I am not fully healed, but I’m healing because the experience was bad. I’m not somebody that talks too much about my downfalls and failures. But right now, I’m scared; I’m very scared. You know, I wasn’t married. I was just engaged but the media attacked me as a married woman. But in the relationship I had there was no abuse. Well, there would have been abuse because there are different kinds of abuse like I do say, but it doesn’t have to be physical. If I am allowed to say that lying and deceit are a form of abuse then I will tag it psychological abuse. He was messing with my head; all the depression that came with it makes it an abuse. So yes, I think he was probably abusive because I wasn’t concentrating, I didn’t know what I was doing”
