The suspended Resident Electoral Commissioner, Hudu Yunusa Ari has revealed the reason he declared Aishatu Dahiru, popularly known as Binani of the All Progressives Congress, APC, winner of the Adamawa governorship election. Yunusa said he declared Binani a winner due to security pressure.
