    Cultists allegedly attack Zlatan Ibile at show in US (VIDEO)

    Some suspected cultists identified as Aye-axe men have attacked popular hiphop artiste, Omoniyi Temidayo Raphael, also known as Zlatan Ibile after his show at DonRecky Hall, Newark, New Jersey, U.S.

    The cultists wearing blacks with some dark glasses were seen punching the popular artiste while Zlatan is seen struggling to wrestle his way out together with efforts of some men suspected to be body gaurds attached to him.

    In a video which captured the attack, a yet to be identified man was shouting on top of his voice in Yoruba beneath the video that “won fe pa Zlatan o”; they are beating Zlatan while a lady was also yelling too.

    You will recall that Zlatan has been involved so many brutal confrontation with Cultists in Nigeria especially in some of his school shows.

    Zlatan under fire over derogatory song on Tacha

    Hours after BBNaija housemate, Tacha was disqualified from the reality TV show on Friday night, Nigerian street rapper, Zlatan Ibile shared a video of a derogatory song he made dedicated to Tacha.

    He raps in Yoruba that, “Ah, what is smelling?! Tacha, you will not kill me.”

    While Tacha has been disqualified, Zlatan has asked his fans for twenty thousand comments so he would drop the song. While some fans are excited, others are critical of Zlatan’s move, saying it is unnecessary.

    Toke Makinwa, Nigerian media also slammed the rapper of his criticism of Tacha in the song.

    Over the week, ‘This year’ crooner Jaywon was in the news over condemning rave of the moment, Zlatan for recreating his song ‘This year’, without his consent.

    Jaywon noted that the song is the most evergreen tune of this generation, adding that a lot of young artistes recreate other people’s songs without obtaining due permission.

    According to him:”The industry knows that everyone is trying to recreate the music but nobody is saying anything about it. A lot of them recreate other people’s music without even giving a shout out to the original owner, not to talk of saying they want to give credit to the owner. The industry has been quiet about it, nobody is talking. So, I just had to address the issue anyhow”, he told Vanguard.

    Asked if he has had any rift with Zlatan before then, he said: ”Its not like I’ve any issue against Zlatan because I’m blessed and I give all the glory to God and my fans for the love and support. It’s wrong for any musician to do a ‘This Year’ song without my permission or giving me credit. Before me there was no song like ‘This Year’ or ‘Odun Yi’, I can say it categorically, and the song became the most evergreen song of this generation. But this industry tries to recreate it all the time and nobody is saying anything about it. If I don’t blow my trumpet who will”, he said.

    Peruzzi, Zlatan team up on new single, ‘Bayi Bayi

    Nigerian singers, Tobechukwu Okoh aka Peruzzi and Zlatan Ibile are teaming up on a brand new single titled,“Bayi Bayi.’’

    Together with Zanku master, Zlatan, they planned delivery this one that talks about getting the money ‘now’ after a successful outing in 2018.

    The song was produced by North Boi.

    Peruzzi, under the Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) record label and also signed to GoldenBoy Entertainment started music at the age of seven when his father bought him a keyboard.

    He left his medical school at Odessa National University, Ukraine to pursue a career in music before dropping out to pursue his music career.

    After several weeks of teasing his followers with snippets and studio moments of his upcoming single, the first since he released his debut project, ” Heartwork’’ late in 2018, the DMW artist now has shared the official audio to his latest release on Youtube.

    Zlatan on his part, has released several songs including: Zanku, Osanle, Killin Dem, No Room for Mind.

    Zanku crooner, Zlatan is undoubtedly one of the most sought after Nigerian rappers at the moment.

     

    The entertainer who has headlined several shows in recent times recently took to his Instagram page to show off his newly acquired cars.

     

    The ‘Leg work’ singer took to his Instagram page on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, where he shared a photo of his house and two really nice cars.

     

    He captioned it:“ABLE GOD#ZTTW”.

     

    We are not surprised at his recent acquisitions because being the rave of the moment means you are sought after which gives you the leverage to acquire things.

     

    Back in December 2018, Burna Boy acquired for himself a brand new Range Rover Autobiography. The music star took to his Instagram page on Sunday, December 23, 2018, where he posted videos of the car on his InstaStories.
