Leicester City have fired Brendan Rodgers after four years of managing the English Premier League clubside.
Leicester City have been in poor form all through the season and are fighting relegation at the moment.
Rodgers was relieved of his duties a day after their 2-1 defeat at Crystal Palace.
The result saw the Foxes slip into the bottom three with 10 games remaining.
On Sunday, Leicester announced that a “mutual agreement” had been reached with the 50-year-old, who had been in charge since February 2019.
Rodgers leaves with coaches Chris Davies and Glen Driscoll.
This means goalkeeping coach Mike Stowell and first-team coach Adam Sadler will take charge of their fixture against Aston Villa at King Power Stadium on Tuesday.
Rodgers led the club to consecutive fifth-placed finishes in 2020 and 2021 and won the FA Cup for the first time in their history two years ago.
