Information reaching TheNewsGuru.com, TNG now has it that the deputy speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly, Yekini Idiaye, has been impeached.
Idiaye was impeached on Wednesday during a plenary session of the Assembly in Benin City, the Edo State capital.
Idiaye’s Impeachment is coming a few days after after openly declaring his decision to back Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in the September 19 gubernatorial election in the state.
