Militants have returned to the creeks in Ikorodu, Lagos and reportedly killed 2 soldiers, five policemen.
“On Sunday morning the militants attacked Isawo, a community in Ikorodu, killing two soldiers and five policemen.” Punch reports
According to the report, the security operatives were killed in an ambush by the hoodlums in the area.

Residents of the area say the militants have returned to the community wrecking havoc.
“The militants are back to Isawo area. They brandish guns openly during daytime and rob people at night; many residents are now living in fear.”
In August last year, the militants, mostly kidnappers and pipeline vandals, were chased out of the area by a joint military task force.
